Written to be read, not skimmed past. Using the site or buying anything on it means agreeing to what is on this page.

What these apps are — and are not

Study aids for licensing exams. The content is condensed revision material written to help you recognise and apply concepts. It is not official exam material, does not contain real exam questions, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ASWB, NCSBN, or any other examining body, certification vendor, or regulator whose exams it helps you prepare for. Their names appear only to describe which exam an app is written toward. No outcome on any exam is promised or implied — how you do is a function of your preparation, not of buying an app.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, clinical, medical, electrical, security, financial or other professional advice. The AI tutor is a small language model running on your device and it can be confidently wrong. Verify anything you plan to rely on — in the exam room or in practice — against current primary sources, your regulator's rules, and your own supervision.

Trading-related content in particular is educational only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Its exercises assume a simulated account. BIGHEAVYINK is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and trading real money involves risk of loss.

The free tier

The glossary, spaced-repetition drills, a ten-question practice set and the study planner are free, need no account, and are not a trial that expires. They may change over time, but the intent is stated plainly: the free tier is meant to be genuinely useful on its own.

Subscriptions

Pro ($7.99/month) unlocks one app completely — the full question bank, timed exam simulation, weak-area targeting and the on-device tutor. It covers one app at a time, and you can switch which one by asking through the contact form. Unlimited ($14.99/month) unlocks every app, including apps released while you are subscribed.

Both renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and your on-device study progress is yours regardless — cancelling never erases it. Prices may change with advance notice, which never affects a period you have already paid for. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms.

The on-device tutor needs capable hardware

The tutor runs on your device and requires a recent browser with WebGPU — current Chrome or Edge on a reasonably modern computer. The plans page tests your device and says so before you buy if it cannot run the tutor. Everything else in a paid plan works without it.

Ebooks

Each companion book is a one-time purchase ($9.99), yours to keep, with no subscription required. Every copy you download is stamped with the email address of the buying account. The licence is personal: read it on any of your devices, print it for your own study — but do not share, resell, or republish it. A shared copy is traceable to the purchase it came from.

Refunds

If a subscription is not what you expected, write through the contact form within 14 days of first payment and it will be refunded. After that, cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. For ebooks, write within 14 days of purchase; because a downloaded book cannot be returned, refunds after downloading are at our discretion — though if something is genuinely wrong with the book, we would rather fix it or refund it than argue. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you regardless of what a page like this says.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; an account is for one person, and purchases attach to the account that made them. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. If you believe someone else has access to your account, change the password and tell us.

Acceptable use

Everything here is licensed for your personal study. Do not scrape, extract, bulk-download, redistribute, resell or republish the content or question banks; do not probe, overload or disrupt the service; do not use the content to build a competing product or to train a machine learning system. Accounts used this way can be closed without refund — that is what this section is for, and it is the only situation in which closing an account without refund is on the table.

Intellectual property

The apps, the question banks, the rationales and the books are the property of BIGHEAVYINK. Buying access licenses you to use them; it does not transfer ownership of the content.

Availability

The apps are built to keep working offline once loaded, which softens most outages — but the site, the sign-in service and the download endpoints are provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. If the service were ever to shut down permanently, reasonable notice would be given and books already bought remain yours to keep.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: these apps are provided without warranties beyond what is written on this page, and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including, to be plain about the one that matters here, the outcome of any examination. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these apply only as far as that law permits.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters — pricing structure, refund policy, what a purchase includes — the change will be announced plainly and the date below will move. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting it; a change never reaches back to reduce what a period you already paid for included.
